How do I place my order?
Placing an order:
Complete adding items to your shopping cart.
You can choose to proceed through our website checkout or via PayPal.
If you wish to continue the checkout process on our website, please click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to proceed via PayPal, please click the PayPal button.
You will be redirected to our customer information page. You will be asked to enter the following:
Email address
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button so that your discount is calculated and applied to your order.
Continue by clicking the "Continue to shipping method" button. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address (if it differs from your billing address). Once everything is complete, click "Continue to payment method".
You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option to indicate if the shipping and billing information are the same.
After filling out the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be redirected to a screen that provides an order summary along with an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation via email.

What happens if items are missing or incorrect products are received with my order?
For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@titevfn.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size should be under 1MB). We will gladly resend the correct item to you at no additional cost, and we do not require you to return the item that was sent to you in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details of your purchase.
I would like to change the items I ordered. What should I do?
You can change your order up until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day you placed the order. You can contact us at service@titevfn.com to request a change.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add items to your shopping cart:
Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in, and then select your preferences for the item. Clicking the "Add to Cart" button will take you to the shopping cart page.
Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the item's image. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or complete your order.
How can I see what's in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the website page. Once you click this icon, you can easily change the desired quantity of an item in your shopping cart by updating the listed quantity. You can also remove any item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
First, click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all the items currently in your shopping cart. Once you have identified the item you wish to remove, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item, and the page will refresh to reflect your changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my shopping cart?
First, click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all the items currently in your shopping cart, as well as the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. As soon as you do this, the quantity and the corresponding dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update, displaying the correct amount for both the quantity and the cost on the right side of your screen.

You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to enter the correct information to ensure quick and hassle-free payment processing.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:
Select the item you wish to order and then click the green "Proceed to Checkout" button.
You will then be redirected to our customer information page on the next page. Enter the relevant required information there.
In the upper right corner of the page, you will see a "Discount" field.
You must enter the discount code and then click "Apply". You must verify that the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it in the breakdown listed below.
